The paperwork was impeccably timely, and she was by our side representing our interest in both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. When we ran into a few issues, she worked diligently to find information, including going to the town hall to get answers, looking up history, working with inspectors, repair companies, mortgage lenders, and attorneys, all at the same time to make sure everyone was coordinated. If anything changed, she called us and texted us, made sure our documents were signed when they needed to be, and explained the process of each step. Patricia made our experience wonderful, and now we are in our beautiful home with our family and so thankful she is the kind of person who took the time to learn about what was important to us and then made it her priority to find us our new home.
